    Why are you selling this site?
    I need funds for a larger project.

    How is it monetized?
    It is monetized through adsense. Recently I also added amazon affiliate links. Adsense brings in between $30 and $40 a month from adsense. Last month I also added amazon affiliate links. There was one sale through Amazon for about $50.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    The site doesn't have any media accounts.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    The only maintenance task is to approve reader comments, the site is getting about 5 comments a week.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    The site is running on autopilot so I can't think of any challenges. The way to grow the site would be to add new content.

    Current hosting is my VPS, we can keep it on my host, the site has a separate account. It'll be free for you since it doesn't cost me anything to keep it there.
