I'm comprising a list of hair loss prevention and hair regrowth / stimulation tips for a project. I was wondering if anyone would like to share a tip or two from their experience or knowledge.

    Cheers.
    Mike.

It's kind of hard to prevent hair loss due to genetics IMO.

I read around (don't know why because I'm a female and it's not a huge problem for us) but... there are other factors for hair loss such as
    - Dehydration (so drink up lots of water!)
    - Stress (apparently if you're under a lot of stress.. i mean.. A LOT, your hair growth cycle will stop temporarily)

    Wish I was a doctor ;)

I'm using a shampoo and a powder to drink with water that's getting some nice results. Can't remember the names though

A very high fat diet can cause sebum build-up and hair loss, as can a very very low protein diet. A middle course, with plenty of veggies, doesn't help regrow it, but ensures you won't lose it faster than you'd be genetically predispositioned to.

LOL Well said! Can't argue with that one!

Thanks for the help everyone! I am still young, and I have more hair than some, and it grows a lot... It's good to know things like this for the future though, and I like to help everyone learn, so the more knowledge I have the more I can pass on to others!

    Cheers!
