Can you see any Google TOS violations?

How is it possible that this guy has been asking for people to click his ads right on the home page for over 6 months, yet he has never been caught, don't the adsense reps check out every site every once in a while to look for TOS violations?

Then take a look at the frame with the ads on it: ritchieho.com

I guess google just has to deal with so many people now that they don't even care about the smaller sites breaking the rules...

get banned once he hits $100 and thinks he will get a check!
Google has a tendency to do that to spam sites like this one.

No, that's not great, in my opinion, and for so many reasons.

1.) What if someone, who truly wants to comply with Adsense policy, is unknowingly violating a rule? You're saying it's cool that Google would use them for as long as they could, knowing full well they never intend to pay them when pay out comes? That smacks of fraud and is disgusting.

2.) Also, this behavior implies Google is also willing to accept falsely generated ad views just to get the commission. They just paid $50 million to settle a case with advertisers.

3.) Don't you find it just a tad suspicious that Google would wait until pay out to tell you you've been banned? Any %$#ing (excuse my french) idiot could see this kind of policy creates a perfect opportunity for abuse. If I have to spell it out for you, it goes like this: Google's implied relationship to publishers: "We use your website, promising you commissions for ad clicks, and then when the bill comes, we invent some frivilous policy violation excuse (with the help of our vague policy) to avoid paying and then move on to the next new chump".

Now I don't believe they think like this at Google, but their approach creates an atmosphere where, if anyone there wanted to think this way, they could do it.

for people who are doing this - clearly violating TOS, they shudn't get anything. But I think those who gets banned due to fraud clicks, can get some money if google thinks that some of there clicks were legitimate...I had read this in some thread here on DP.
