Rules Had to open new account to ask question as old account failed to log in

I have searched all the site for help and could not find any, i have tried logging in and it would not let me, stated wrong password even though i have them written down, I am 100% sure i have never been banned, I even reset my passwords 3 times but still it would not let me log in. I have no intention or need for another account and need to get my old account back as someone did some work for me and i lost it through switching hosts and really need to find out who did the work.

I just need to know where to be directed to find out what the problem is with the old account, I only used it mostly to get work done for me and was able to post a simple question last month but it just wont let me log in when i need to most.

If someone's banned, how do you suppose the guy's supposed to email/mail a mod? And creating another a/c just to talk/sort things out with a mod will only create more trouble.
