already had a go at my host and have now deleted all sites that are not more than 90% security checked and have changed the permissions for all folders and finally updated the kernel so hopefully *fingers crossed* its more secure than before and less vulnerable to attacks...
Not much you can do with this, except ensure your server is secure and all files are up-to-date in the future.
