Hacked!

We found one from a month back, but with databases that big..
Eveythings running again now, but a month back.. over 10,000 players gone.

damn turks hacked my site too but they were in a different team...not only do turks hate everyone in the world and hack peoples sites, they expect to be accepted in the UN

 

I'm glad things are coming back around for you Daz. Starting from a month back is much better than starting from zero.

Hopefully they did not leave anything behind in your SQL. I had a friend who had his site hacked a year ago. He recovered it in a day or two, and got everything running normally. A month later the host shut down his account. Said there was some script on the back end somewhere that was being used to attack other servers. It's like they took him down twice.

Well, from now on me and both of my coders are downloading a full SQL backup every week, lesson learnt that saving it on the server isn;t enough.

 

Sorry to hear that. As a Turk, I'm ashamed of their stupid actions. They're just a bunch of lamers, and they use M. K. Atatürk's name and they say they're doing it for Turkey, what the hell!? All they do is gaining us haters.

 

surprised to hear they deleted everything, usually not the case from defacers..

did you upset them in some way?
was your site some sort of anti-hacker/defacer site?
I can't see them deleting it for no reason, especially if they are as well established defacing group as you say, not how things are done

but to be honest, all these turkish/brazilian etc.. defacers are noobs, they have no respect for anything..
and believe me their are not respected even in the hacker world..

Im a Turk too.. You have some vulnerbilities.. Check your logs, fix it and then restore your players..

 

InfoH, the site was an online MMORPG in which the players are hackers..
Anyways, I had someone speak to the guy who hacked my site and I actually spoke to him myself, he won't do it again to me anyways.

Still sad and wrong what those people do.
