    1) Change your cPanel password.
    2) Delete everything from public_html folder.
    3) Install fresh WordPress.

    good question ! Before reinstalling, you need to find out what the problem was and how to make sure it will not happen again, otherwise, you ll reinstall daily !

    if your site hacked:
    1.pls check where and why hacker hack it?
    2. backup download to your PC
    3. remove anythings on your host (daabase and files) or call hostting support to clean all
    4. download lastest joomla or WP version and intallation it
