I contacting this customer care they send this massge to me

    Dear Manuka Lakshitha,

Thank you for contacting Online Support. You will need to have the current domain name owner initiate a change of account to your customer account. Any domain name you have registered in our system can be moved to any other customer account in our system. There is no charge for this process. To do this, please follow the instructions below.

First, log into your customer account:

    . Go to our homepage.
. Select 'My Account' from the top of the page.
. Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password.

If you have trouble logging in, our Account Retrieval System may help you. You can use this to retrieve your customer number and/or reset your customer account password. You can find this system by selecting 'Click Here' next to 'Forgot Your Password?' on the 'My Account' login page.

Once logged in just follow these steps:

. Select 'Manage Domains' from the 'Domain Names' menu at the top of the page.
. Check the box next to the domain(s) you wish to move.
. Click the 'Change Account' button from the gray menu.
. If you have selected multiple domains click the 'Click here to Enable Fields' link under the warning that appears to the right
. Now you will be prompted to provide contact information for the NEW REGISTRANT (which may be the same if you just moving the domain to another account). Enter this information, review the agreements and check the boxes, and click 'Save Changes'
. Upon agreeing to the terms and clicking 'Save Changes' the change is initiated
. The email address you provided for the new registrant will receive a confirmation of the Change. This message contains a 'Transaction ID' and a 'Security Code' used by the new registrant/account holder to confirm the change request.

Once you have finished be sure to log out of your account.

The NEW REGISTRANT will need to go to our website, log in to their account (or create one if they do not already have an existing account) and accept the domain with the 'Transaction ID' and 'Security Code', by choosing 'Accept An Account Change' from the Domain Names Menu.

    Sincerely,

    Bobby P.

In that case they are gone - did you tell them there had been fraudulent activities in your account?
