The electric universe theory, alternative to the BIG BANG BONG theory, establishes a strong relationship between events in the sun and Earth's temperature. It's a minority theory, because most of the scientists are in the Big Bang wagon, so the sun, in current climate theories, plays a lesser role and CO2 plays a significant role in temperature change. The problem with this is that Big Bang is a stupid fantasy. And the electric universe is the next answer to the origin of the universe. And as a consequence CO2's role will decrease... I guess these news about temperature variations that do not support the CO2 doomsday do not surprise me.
