    .,Of course all the time not just only before going to sleep and after. Every moment of your life you must pray because we do not know when will be the end of our lives. It is important to have a praying habit so that all the time we are ready for the possible events that will happen to our lives.

    Yes, I do praying God before going to sleep every night.
    Apart from that I also pray when I get up in the morning and at lunch time.
    So all an all three times a day..
