Mm, OK, what I'm about to say may not be 100% accurate, but the last time I was checking this, it turned out, that it is nearly impossible to get a H1B visa, since there's some limit per year, and most (if not all) of them are given to Indian programmers.. ^^' (lots of whom are supposed to be waiting in a HUGE backlog :/)
