<h1 class=classname>Heart Rate Monitor</h1> Where "classname" is the class where you have specified the font size for the body text. Or you can set style directly. For example: <h1 style="font-size: 12px">Heart Rate Monitor</h1>

Great. A heading element briefly describes the subject of the page you enter. The label is the owner of a "newspaper headline" of the architecture of your website. Do you want to format the items for the search engine understand what your page is and want to designate your h1 tag game with a title on its website. You may also have titles that are under H2, H3, H4, H5 and H6 above. How many of each do you have? Should only be one h1, and no differentiation in h6 h2 per page. As for the Google scanners regards, h2 h6 are equally worthy. H1 identifies words and phrases to optimize and also helps readers to break the content into sections for quick and easy to understand what the page is about. thanks.
Hey fren You should create a external CSS file for extra formatting. however, you can use internal style but the external CSS file would be the best option. firsth1 { font-size: 12px; } sech1 { font-size:12px; } save the file with .CSS extention. You can use H1 tags as much as you can without any problem Good Luck
