H1 Tag Optimization Question

So if search engines put a lot of value on
tags and the proximity of keywords to that tag, are these two examples the same in regards to keyword significance and the H1 tag?

    Example 1:
Keyword

    Example 2:

Granted in the first example the Keyword starts at position#1 after the
and in the second example the Keyword starts at position#10, but what I am really asking is can I use the alt tag for my keyword in the
tag?

    Thanks in advance,
    Steve

    Hi itek4bux,
    i prefer to use natural
tag.
Optimization will look natural. +1 point in search engine ranking, coz not stuffing keyword.
