H1 & H2 tags and no followlinks

Hi all

How important are H1 & H2 tags to a web page and what information should be put next to the tags?
Also ive been advised that on my website i should have "no follow" rules from the home page to the terms and conditions page as im leaking page rank to the T&Cs page.
Is this right?
Any help would be appreciated.

 

h1 and h2 is important for your website because it will show google what keyword is your website about........
no followlinks mean your website don't have enough backlinks(the link back to your site by other site).....

 

h1 tag has the highest importance in content section and then comes h2, h3 etc.
You can nofollow TnC pages, but I don't think that's something important.
