    1) You can use any.
    2) To create an account you need an Email address. Since you registered on this site I assume that you already have one so you just need to go to www.paypal.com and register. :)

formalities like informing them that I'm using this account for PAYPAL as well ?

No there's no need for all that. Just make sure that the surname of the account holder at SBI and Paypal is the same (no typos)

SBI would be a good option as its a leading bank of India. :)
And also processes faster than Canara.

I dont think so. Unless you are sending payments from the bank (transfer from bank to paypal), (which I think is possible only with US bank accounts), for receiving payments to your bank account there is no need to inform the bank. Bank is just like any recipient of incoming money transfer.

    I will make it simple!

Coming Monday I'm going to create account in SBI and register in PAYPAL. without any verification to the bank that I'm using PAYPAL. I'm going to use PAYPAL for reviving and sending money..

    Is it right Helvetii ?

Keep one thing in your mind that you can't verify your paypal account using your indian bank account. You can use it only for withdrawal purpose.

    DON.

Other than just a VCC. You can try a visa gift card but it must have at least $5 on it though. But it works :).
