    Gym over Yoga! Yoga doesn't really work for me, and I prefer gym clothing over yoga clothing :p

    I'm more familiar with gym, so it is probably natural that it would be my choice. I stopped working out a while ago though.

    i will stick with my 1 press up a day (half a press up when i wake up and half a press up when i go to bed)

    i think i would do more gym work tho if i could lift anything at all

    gym is more for muscle-building and increasing strength.

    IMO, yoga is more for spiritual and mental well being.

    a little bit of both is preferred. :).
