Well, Gygan pays you if you get someone to download their software as well I think, so I guess I would go with Gygan. I'm currently not using any of them but I'm thinking of using gygan.
I would not vouch for Gygan because it pay low. Downloads are counted only if done from the following areas: North America, Europe, South Africa, Russia, Japan, Singapore, Australia.
Ye but they pay up to $1.5 for every referral that downloads their software, thats why I thought they were better. But many people have told me that they lower that amount to $0.1 if you earn too much. =(
Frankly haven't heard a lot of gygan (what kinda name is that anyways). Extabit has a nice page, you think nice rate but than once you start working with 'em you have to realize it's a bit wast of time. Last month the sent out a newsletter that showed the recipients email addresses in plain view..... what else do I have to say. Filesonic is okay however they have a lot of buggs - for uploaders and downloaders. Maybe you ought to consider fileserve and filesonic.

What you really need to find out is how much page views your downloads are getting, and how much revenue they are generating from your pageviews, that way you will know if you are being paid anyway near what your downloads are worth
