GWT Showing almost 99% of all links

    Today I noticed that GWT is showing almost 99% of all inbound links to all my sites.
    Earlier it used show up far less than actual.

    How many backlinks do you get? Google will basically show more of your sites backlinks on GWT than in public link:site.com command.

    But doesn't show 100% of the backlinks through Google, Like link:site.com
