    I think you should change the look. The current layout is very simple. It lacks credibility and does not really make one want to signup on the site. If you are not very comfortable with template designing, choose a good looking blogger template from the thousands of free templates that are available.

    The look is very simple.. you must dress it up a bit.. :) Put the offers in textual form instead of a video.. it will attract ppl more.
