I have a 2 years website, in which I invested a $$$$ bucks. During the last year I have pretty much abandoned it as I didn't have time for it. Now, someone got interested to partner up and make it profitable again. Need creative ideas for the venture deal structure. I can't split 50/50 as I've been investing in this business for 2 years, not to mention a 6 months full time work I put into it. Further more, the guy is not going to invest in the future also, as he has complicated financial issues. This is another reason why I prefer not to have a partners agreement. So, financial risks are exclusively on me. The actual work we're going to split 50/50 from now on. How would you do it? What kind of a deal would you offer your partner? Please share your ideas no matter how crazy they sound; I really need your help here.
