Hi guys i`m from India & i need your help and advice in using paypal and netteller currently i can`t add funds in to my paypal account through bank deposit as paypal doesn`t have that optoin in my country and i don`t have a credit card as i`m searching for options to add funds to my paypal account i came across netteller &thinking of using it further So, i have some doubts regarding this i have a verified paypal account & if i get a net+ prepaid plastic card can i link this to my paypal account &start using it & if i want to pay to an hosting account or an domain account through paypal can i use this card which i linked to my paypal account to make a purchase i have some other doubts regarding neteller vcc 1.to verify a netteller vcc u need to send some money to paypal acc & paypal resends it is this true? 2. once verified can we add funds from my netteller+ prepaid card to netteller vcc 3.How many times can we use this netteller vcc
