Guys Need help about adsense (Why my payments on hold)

Hi,

When i loggedin i got this message 2 days back.
Your payments are currently on hold. Action is required to release payment.

It is asking to type PIN CODE,From where could i get this pin code?

They post this pincode to my address? or what?

I heard that will get pin code in 3 weeks to the address specified in adsense account

Is it true?Please guys suggest me .
As i just started earning through adsence, and now got hold..

A PIN should be mailed to you when you reach $10.
Depending on your geographic location, it might take 3~4 weeks to reach you by normal post.

 

But i reached to $13,still i didn't received email from adsense.

 

It won't be a email.. It's a postcard that'll be mailed to your home address using normal postal service.

You will be automatically sent a mail to your address.


If you are from US/Canada then it's ok. You will receive your letter within 2-3 weeks.
But if you are international user then you require a little bit waiting.
I have even heard that it took 6 months to reach the mail to some of adsense publishers.

 

if you didnt get your pin after 3-4 weeks you could log in your account and ask them to resend the pin again. make sure the address in your account is correct.

If you are from India you will never get the pin mail,even after 3 resents.They would ask you to sent a digital copy of your IDs
to verify your a/c.

 

If you don't get pin code even after they sent twice or thrice. Email them your bank statement which also includes your payee name and address where you have ask google to send cheque. I got verified this way.
