I am sad as I have been workin hard the whole day to get my site up and ready for business but suddenly my account suspended due to Fraudulent Order which the company get contact from paypal. but problem is, my account and cards are verified. Will it be so to have Fraudulent Order? I really dont get it.
firstly, I did pay .... and it's kind of funny is that I have no problem with my account and cards before and now... and all are verified. I suspect it is due to personal problem with the company. What has happen is, I paid US$29.99/mth plan which come with forums and blog but was given a plan which stated US$9.99/mth However, it has been days after submitted of request on how to activate the forums and blog but no info was given. i do understand my time zone and theirs is totally different. And I know sat. and sun. is rest day but today is monday to them but still no reply. I request again and few hours later, my site is gone. I am wondering if it is due to this issue?
Whos is the site/company you are trying to deal with. If its a Canadian site they may not be available to because of our current holiday "Canada Day"

hmm... i put it short. I purchase "C" plan from this company but was given "A" plan which has lesser things. I went to check on how to active the stuff given in "C" plan but no news given after submitting support tickets or whatever matter to contact them on it for at least 2 days. So, one day I ask the person if one wish to downgrade the plan if possible, the next 1 hour, his account is suspended. Reason this person gave is "Fraudulent Order" that paypal has emailed him. However, asking this person to proof what he say is correct by just showing the email from paypal, he refused. He say proof is kids stuff. Grown up man dont proof. Do you agree with him?
