Guys, I need a good login/accounts script. What to use?

    I dont even know what I need, Just gotta find the script so I can tell my programmer what to use. I just wanna make sure I get the best. Free or paid, doesnt matter.

    It depends on what you want people to do after logging in? Do you just want to be able to let them edit their details? Or are you restricting content based on being logged in, or...
