I have been working so hard for my website the whole day. Suddenly I saw my account Suspended and was told that paypal told the company it is Fraudulent order. May I know, for Fraudulent Order, do paypal email to let you know? I have no problem with my card b4 or now but it's funny why it's Fraudulent Order? I dont know if the company people hate me that's why they use this to kick me off.
I think first you need to explain the situation to your host, and ask them to give you a little time to get things sorted- have you got another method of paying them - eg. moneybookers perhaps.... then get on to paypal and try and resolve the issue with them. Good luck with it Tom
How could we tell you? Its between you, paypal and your hosting company. Nobody else has any knowledge or can be of any assistance.
If the problem is with your host then change the host if you have backup of your files and db. you need to talk to your host and Paypal no one can help with that..
guys... thanks for your reply. It's not my paypal problem as I never have this problem before....all verified. I have talk to the person in here (one of the nick) in this forum, I know he angry with me for asking support in here but if support in his site (submit tickets & online chat not available/no one reply at all) of coz you will come here ask him about it right? It is just that how would you feel if you ordered a plan worth $29.99 a mth but given a plan of $9.99 a mth? I asked him nicely on how to get the blog and forums ready, he told me wait. After 2 days pass, no information on how to activate them. Lastly, I asked him, if we want to downgrade is it possible? then he do this to me.... Anyway, because of this, he say it's scam order which when I ask him for email from paypal, he told me stop wasting time as he will not approve my order any more It's not much about th payment issue but more on work and effect I have put in. I have been sick for the pass few days yet I wish to finish my site to start promoting.
anyway, i have emailed to paypal asking them on this issue but seriously, it is not what he told me. as said, my account is verified since at least 6 yrs ago... and the card i am using right now has no issue since using it for at least 4 yrs now... lately i bought a electronic device worth $400+ it is fine as well. I am upset for my effect just gone like that. I need help in finding good amazon script
