Guys help me out with Google

I did post my last thread here about how i was losing Google traffic and wasnt able to get where i was .
But know one of my SEO expert friend pointed me saying that my site was in Google sand box.I tried few of his methods but i am nowhere.
Please guys help me out of this sand box i have already lost a lot of visitors.

 

i takes months to get out of google sandbox , if you get sandboxed

 

i dont know anything about webpages but, mabey if you put what the custumer is looking for mabey they will come back?

You got to work hard to get indexed and yeah it takes time. If you think you didn't violated any, try to contact google and reconsider to re-index your site.

 

Ok can you tell us that how can we check that our site is listed in sandbox , is that necessary if we started loosing traffic than our site is in sandbox .
