Info graphics are graphics that contain information (go figure eh!) You can produce them or you can hire someone in the contests or design forums to produce them, or I also know some folks ,with many years experience in such graphic type things, who can produce some really intricate cartoon ones as it happens. And you can use them for all sorts of things including SEO, which I hope is why you asked or this thread is in the wrong place!
