Is it worthy ? No, I'm sorry. Here are the reasons why I feel so: It is hard to remember and hard to read (is the first char a zero or the letter "O", second char could be misunderstood as the number one or the letter "l") ? A .net domain (network) may not necessarily refer to something commercial. It is as good as any other TLD, not comparable to classic .com. But... if you feel you have a product which fits to the name well, the domain has the benefit of a three character domain. So this is the only benefit in my mind. I would rate it around $500 worth for someone having an application or even product at hand (sorry, beside the last one I can't imagine an application for your "number one ..." word games ;-)
