Guns, bullets, FAC, etc?

    Okay, I'm really starting to wonder how some of this works so I'll just list a few of my questions and hopefully someone can help. My neighbour got a FAC license recently, may move :D

    - Do you need a FAC license to buy bullets
    - How much does a FAC cost (like $60?)
    - Gun has to be in trunk of car / back seat can get you charged right?
    - What if your using public transportation (instance; taxi)?
