legal action to get 50 bucks back? it's going to cost you thousands of dollars just to open a case to investigate this.
I'm really sorry to hear that, open a Paypal dispute to cancel the payment, hope paypal could refund it and your money will be back to you
yes but i have Law insurance, and i dont pay any cent for Lawyer etc.. i opened a Paypal dispute but i didnt open it correct and Paypal said insufficent information and it seems i couldnt win still
he refunded at last my money... he was good guy actually, maybe he had some financial problem about refunding.. im happy that he solved the problem thanks gunners...
