I made a enquiry for advertising via qunggo.com I got a email response from Dan asking for details and we agreed for the package and paid him for it. Before paying him I was getting response for every 30 min from the guy. But after the payment is done, I have sent more 5 emails to Dan the affiliate manager of gunggo.com Is this their usual treatment? Is same thing happened to some one before? Will keep you posted on it
This is one of the worst experience from Gunggo.com. I made a payment for the traffic long back to their paypal and I was discussing to a affiliate named Dan. He used to be kind and all sort of marketing stuff before payments and after it I was sending lots of emails but no response from him. Dont know when he is planning to respond. From my experience, they treat advertisers badly. Going to skip to other networks... Worst experience
Well judging by the timeframe I would assume it might be due to holidays that he hasn't responded. I have dealt with Gunggo with success, they are one of the few to provide round the clock service.
I checked with my account rep regarding this issue at Gunggo, and you did not follow the terms and conditions regarding your ads you are trying to serve across the network. Dan told you to refund or to provide a legit campaign and haven't heard back from you. If you want, PM me and I will provide you email of my account rep.
I got a response from Dan now after putting a post over here. dont know why it works this way. Any how thanks gunggo and looking to work with you...
Thank God this issue is solved. For a minute there, I was really tense while reading the post. I'm always alert when it relates to scams.
I agree, Gunggo typically always got back to me in the past. Not the highest quality traffic but CHEAP
I totally disagree with you. I cannot comment on the quality, Since I asked for the refund . They want to remove all the ads from my ads from my website for running the campaign. But It is not cheap too. It is costly when compared to other networks
Hmmm, its been a while since I purchased Gunggo traffic - so I cannot give my personal opinion on current Gunggo pricing. Gunggo originally started to provide traffic for Casino/Poker advertisers.
Currently rates are really high with lots and lots of regulations to remove all the ads from the pages. So there is no point in advertising by removing the ads ....
rajalakshmip, I would avoid badmouthing a company. The ad you were trying to serve across the network did not follow the guidelines and regulations of Gunggo's TOS. So a company declines to run your ad, unless you change it, so you decide to badmouth them. Good strategy. Gunggo does their best to keep the network clean, it is people like you that try to buy traffic serving your shady ads is what makes network weary.
You dont know anything about the ad I'm going to do. Also the support guy DAN was really horrible. I was sending emails countinously. he was responding constantly and frequently before getting money. once money is sent I will get response from him only after 2-3 days. Do you say this kind og behaviour is good by a decent company?... he was suggesting me to remove all my ads from the website and to give him a clean plain page. Which non of the advertiser willl do it. May be instead of you trying to give a quality support instead of trying to post some good messages in DP
Just to clarify, YES Gunggo is legit and we provide account representatives to every client! Typically we are used to hearing how great the service is at Gunggo with around the clock support I apologize for any past negative experience however that is not how we have grown this company and take pride in all clients. Perhaps in time, you will re-test with us as the sources are constantly changing as well to ensure we select only the quality of publishers that convert for our clients! Thanks
I think the response every 30 minutes must be from their sales department. And now the services delivery team must have taken over, and they may take some time more.
