i've been spamming gumtree and now my ads are no longer getting put up is there a way to get round this? i have tried posting ads using hide-ip ng with different ips but no joy anyone have a solutuion?
if you are using the same domain name they have flagged you. and that domain name will never get on again. . you could use another domain name to solve this problem and then redirect to your original domain name. there is other sites in the uk. like http://www.quickfreeads.co.uk http://www.tytia.co.uk http://www.preloved.co.uk http://www.adzooks.co.uk http://www.vivastreet.co.uk
I wouldn't think Gumtree would appreciate you spamming their site. You are lucky they just stopped you posting ads. The Can Spam act means you can be arrested for persistent spamming.
Diamond Rule: "Do unto others what you want others do unto you".. You want spamming? Anyway, i hope people will do legitimate things.
Check out blackhatworld they will surely have something about this there. Although as Gumtree is owned by Egay and is growing by the day I think the spamming days are over. R2R
