    Development Idea: Great domain, as it suggests, make a 10 step guide to perfect SEO and you will have good incoming traffic as you apply the guide on your website as well. Advertise it a bit, spread the word around, have people coming on the website, make a shoutbox for people to shout out their opinions maybe? But good domain though.
    Selling advice: If you want to sell this domain, do it on Sedo, many .eu's have been sold there, of course you can try options such as webmaster forums as well.
