Do you have advice on selling text link advertising on websites?
I'm wondering if it's better to have "follow, or no follow" on the text link.

P.S. Any other advice, opinions, etc. would be most welcome!

Do follow links tell search engines to follow the links off your site and go index the other site. No follow links tell search engine spiders to ignore the links. The choice of either always resides in how you feel.

According to Axandra's recent newsletter Google is really cracking down on websites that purchase links.

I recommend you offering both way but at different price.
Higher price around 30% if its do follow link.

Yes, that's what I've been hearing... but if you have "no follow", doesn't that solve the problem?

    That's an idea...

Sure no follow solves the problem, but they provide no SEO value. Just depends on what you are looking for.

It really depends on what your buyer is looking for.

If you have a high PR site but moderate traffic, your buyers are probably buying for SEO; they'll want do follow links.
If you have high traffic but not necessarily high PR, you could get away with nofollow.
