    Hi,

I am new in domain resell market place and still learning. Like to collect some knowledge from big fish in domain resell market, that if we calculate domain value by using few tools for example http://domainvalue.congland.com/ it provide us value for our domain. So I am not sure if we can offer domain on value provided on such URL as they are giving simple domain valuation upto $4000 and its unbelievable price. So what we can't predict if any body purchase domain on such values..

    or

if possible give some guideline to resell domains.

It's probably worth spending some time browsing Sedo and the like to see what similar domains are selling for. Judging the value of a domain is complicated - a good domain will be snappy, easy to remember, meaningful, keyword rich, have inbound links and a positive history, and many other factors. There's no way an online tool can judge all of those factors. It has to be a human decision ultimately.

Look at the DNJournal.com weekly sales reports, they provide good examples of how much domains could cost.
