Guide me with google adsense

I have created a website containing just simple question answers series. And i have registered that site under google adsense and they have placed there ads there. The website is in my signature for any details required.
Now i want that please anyone can guide me hw to promote traffic and fetch money to my google adsense account. Please guide me.

all menu should be placed in a column and show recent questions on first page.

 

it took 2 clicks to get to anything that even looked remotely like content. And then it was just random scraped stuff. I think a lot more work on making a useful site is needed before you even think about making money from it.

The question is too general but one thing you need to do.... build traffic..and if you ask how, then you need to stay in DP..

Hi Veer, I looked through your site. Its a little bland. I would consider a different layout, colors, pictures, etc. When I looked at some of your question/answers on your site, the fonts could be bigger. If you want to gain traffic, you would definitely have to consider a mix of marketing techniques (i.e. article writing, Backlinks, etc.).

 

Oh ... hard question. First of all you must have your ads placed good. And their colors should be good too. Try not to be hopeless and put ugly colors on them in order to increase the clicks. I hate websites that have that kind of ads, my eyes hurt.
After doing that you must promote your website. Add it to different directories, spend some cash and buy some ads, backlinks, reviews .... make a seo if you can.
