    I'm a beginner..
    Known nothing about joomla...
    but having a medium knowledge in php..
    i want to learn joomla...
    where can i start..
    which is the best tutorial site for joomla...
    which is the best book for joomla..(for beginners).

    Funny cause I'm currently uploading my Joomla file on my hosting.. this is my first time also to install Joomla..

    try Joomla Installation

    And if got concerns we can ask it here.. but I think the tutorials is enough.. try it your self it's more fulfilling.. believe me.. :)

    I suggest go through Youtube videos. There are millions of videos teaching you basics of Joomla. It helped me as I felt hands on training is better than reading a book.

    You only have to know about Joomla API and Joomla MVC models..

    Go to Youtube.com & check video tutorials and follow that guy he have almost 26 lessons. you'll be a good after using his tutorials.
