I believe this is the right category for this.. i was wanting to find out and get ideas on what is the best way i can earn some money From My Online WEb radio site.

 

I think I can't find any link to your online web radio site. Or is it the mafia site?

 

The mafia site i am selling my Web radio site i have no link up.. there is nothing on it yet.

 

I would recommend you one thing first - Be specific to catch up a small target group before spread. You may consider my little ideas.

1. Product Reviews - Make an online radio review on something that attract listener attention. You can make money from product sponsorship for a reviews from manufacturer.

2. Custom Advertising - You know about it already You can get in both your website and radio

3. Music Sponsorship - Like a common radio station. You can make money by song sponsorship from music record company.

4. Adsense - Another option

 

This was a good post I just wanted to add a little something
If you have a web radio site you can sell adspace and then have a membership that will get rid of the ads.
If you don't understand that look at Grooveshark
They have ads on the side and if you pay 3 bucks a month you can get rid of them
a membership is always a good way to go

Selling a Radio service is like any other process,

1. Research. Find someone else who is offering the service you would like to and modal from them. Find Keywords that people are searching for that don't have to much competition.
2. Content. Now you have a reference of what your site should look like.
3. Get floods of targeted traffic from the normal sources and test/tweek

Go about it the same way you would any other site. Join PPC and place their links in your site. You also need to start building massive traffic to it. I think someone recommended charging a membership, and that is one thing I would not recommend for a Radio site. Remember there are many FREE radio websites and no too many people will be willing to pay to listen to music, unless of course you have some big name personality like Howard Stern (and even he couldn't get the amount of people Satellite radio thought they would get.)

Do a bit of research, and even though it is a radio site fill it with quality content.

 

Yea, I know paying would be something that could be good or bad depending on the viewers. I dont think they was saying make it paid but make it be to pay to remove ads or add extra perks

NO i have no training For anything.. I just basically Learn on my own or read about how i can do this or that. I know a lot about computers just Got into the website ownership part.
