Guest posts and SERP

    If I make people write guest posts on my blog, will it effect SERP of my site? Also, how should I analyze the content of blogs to avoid any penalty by google. Or are there any safety measures?

    Guest posting is a type Search engine reputation management system, it will provide your website good reputation.. if visitor provides good reviews.
