i started a blog especially for guest posting.
I need your opinion. Are users willing to pay 1$ for a account?
in my blog are allowed adsense ads in posts and links, paid reviews and many others.

Firs of all. is it $1 one time, per year, per month?... There is a difference.

I think they's be willing to pay if your blog is a high traffic/high PR one and guest posting brings SEO benefits to the post authors. I hope I understood well your OP. :)

I noticed that it is better to offer free stuff until your site grows then you can charge.

You could build up some interest by saying it will be free until a certain date. That might hurry people into submitting whilst it is still free. Maybe you could have free options and a paid option? For example the free option might allow 1 backlink, where the paid option allows up to 3.

You need a lot of traffic on your website, also high pr before anyone would pay for posting on your website.

If you site is new, i thin you need to offer free stuff for now until it gets a bit older then you can charge people. If you are going to charge people then make sure your site enough traffic and high PR.

if you are site has high amount of traffic and high page rank, then i think you can charge it to avoid spammers. but make sure that guests are getting a good number of visitors too.
