    Yeah its good. But recently Google hit guest blogging websites. You need to check guest posting website pr and alexa rank. then approach them.

    A few tips for guest posting:
    1. Choose only the high authority websites with limited guest posts >20% of total content. For me high authority means PR at least 4 and DA 40.
    If the bulk of the website content are guest posts it will be most likely penalized by Google sooner or later. See MyBlogGuest story.
    2. Vary your guest post byline and keyword anchor. It's better to be branded or partly branded keywords.
    3. If you yourself find the guest post worth of liking on Facebook or tweeting on Twitter then probably it's a good guest post. Otherwise reconsider your guest post strategy.

    Guest posting also known (Guest blogging) is a really effective way of getting high quality links back to your website, boosting your traffic, and also increasing your chances of being considered an authority in your niche.

    Guest posting "use" to be an effective way for seo, but not as much now. Sort of like keyword stuffing your meta information "use" to be many years ago. Stay with basic SEO 101. Keep posts valuable by providing good content in similar relevant sources. Mix up keyword anchor texts and have them vary from post to post. Having the same ol' "Chicago Website Design" over and over isn't going to cut it. Those backlinks from GP'ing you're looking for just don't have the juice they once did in SEO.

    Last week major, popular & big Blog network got completely de-indexed by google without any words of caution or something. Hence better to be careful in posting with Guest Blogging.

    It will be better if you use Guest blogging to improve your branding awareness and to increase your authority in a specific niche! It better to be safe from not using Guest blogging as a way to get backlinks! You just need to change the way you're going to use Guest Blogging!

    Make sure the site isn't one of those spammy sites with super stuffed keywords, irrelevant posts, and incorrect grammar issues. Also make sure the content you post is relevant to your site. Guest posting shouldn't be your #1 link strategy, but it should be applied every now and then to make things look natural for Google. Like for example you wouldn't want all your links coming from 50 different directories. You need some web 2.0 links, some social bookmarks, and sometimes even irrelevant links.

    Guest posting is not only helpful to SEO, but it is also helpful when it comes to traffic!
    As you get both a lin back to your site with either Your Name or with Your Keywords you will get both the SEO benefits as well as the traffic in form of users clicking on your name or keywords to learn more about the subject at hand.
    If the latter it is important to have a somewhat focused website where the user can easily obtain the information that they originally expected when they clicked on your link.

    Make sure it's not a PBN you're guest posting to. Also make sure each article on the website you would like to post on isn't a website only made for guest posting. If you get to guest post on a legit website in a similar niche, it helps your website.

    Well as recently Google has hit the GuestPosting sites very hard so first you need to look onto certain points before posting, you need to have a close look on the PA and DA i.e Page Authority and Domain Authority of the site. Also have a look on the Alexa ranking of the site that should give you a view on what is happening with it.
