Guest on forum from Google?

    Hello,

    I am a forum admin and there is a guest browsing my forum who has an originating ip and web browser session pointing to Google.com. This is the message I received when I looked at their information:

    po-out-f136.google.com

    Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; Google Wireless

    Transcoder;)


    Does anyone know what it means?

    Google bot is crawling your forums . In the forum options you can find how to show Bots in active users list or not.

    Great thanks, but the Google bot already shows up on my list of spiders.

    It looks like a separate google-wireless bot. For the mobile web, or something, would be my guess.
