there are plenty of those available - web design is a very common niche where you will get a lot of blogs accepting guest posts. use Google - search: web design "guest post" - and you will get plenty of blogs that accept guest posts. check the sites properly, see if they are accepting guest posts currently or not and when was the last guest post published, that way you will save a lot of time.
