    OR

    are you looking for people to write guest posts that you can have published on other people's blogs?

    Hmmm, Have I caused a confusion? This is the correct one:

    I am looking for people with experience in writing and publishing guest posts on other people's blogs.

    The blogs will need to meet my specs. And the payment will only be upon successful publication.

    Frankly specs vary by situation. For example a PR / Alexa specification would not apply in equal measure if it was a blogspot blog. Also, based on price things could change. But an indication of what I am looking at:

    The blogs that you post guest posts on should meet the following 6 criteria:
    * Minimum PR3
    * Maximum Alexa 100K
    * Blog should be on the topic of my site being linked to
    * The blog should be at least 1 year old
    * Should not be autoblogs
    * I should not already have a backlink TO my specific site FROM that specific blog.
