    Just do your research, know yoru topic well. Make yourself seem like an expert. Then speak from the heart and let out all your thoughts, into a well formatted (paragraphs, bold, etc.) article and submit it. Do your best and if they don't accept it, keep practicing until someone does.

    When first contacting the blogger address the email personally to him. Do your research, what is he/she all about and create a connection with him or her. It's always easier to create (long-lasting) connections that way.
