I just took the ownership of this domain today:

    www.tadbit.com

LeapFish's minimum value is $376.00

Google has about 2,590,000 for tad bit.

Oh man, am I happy or what?

    What do you guys think?

They arn't as accurate as LeapFish. ;)
I'm not just saying that because the value is higher there. But because of this: http://czarism.com/free-domain-name-appraisal .

That right there has proved it to be more accurate for a domain. dnscoop is for sites that are more developed rather. If you know what I mean.

all of these are very inaccurate..just a low rough approx..

id say Godaddy's or Sedo's proffesional appraisals are much better..but then..even if you develop on that domain..you cud raise its value beyond measure..

Very true, both sites are approx, although it is hard to say how much a domain is worth... Really it is only worth what buyers are willing to pay not how much crazy domain appraisals...

    domain appraisals are basically pointless

how exactly does an appraisal bot work out how much a domain is worth

i mean myfavouritejockey.com is probably worth nothing until a film by that name comes out then its worth a lot.

does the appraisal take this into account?

    i doubt it

nice domain..but yeah don't go by those tools, they never work..Always giving the wrong prices, its more of a "Fun" thing to check the value with those sites, then to go by it aha..
