    PR update has definately started.
    at least 10 sites i've been on now have a different PR, including one of my old sites.
    Also, my new(ish) site has a "predicted pagerank" for once!

    The winner is banned from the forums, I have a second person who guessed the 9th or should I give it to the person who guessed the 8th? Why is it never clear cut?

    I feel the prize should go to the first person who guessed the date correctly. If he is banned for a few days, he will surely claim it when he is unbanned. Giving it to the second person or the person who guessed it as 8th is a bad idea.
