Guess I should follow my own forum rules and introduce myself

    I'm Jay and I run a scuba forum called Yorkshire Divers. We use vbulletin and wiforums software to power the boards. Site has been going for 4 years and has just over 400,000 posts to date. Still on the steep learning curve but am pretty proficient on vbulletin hacking and am now trying to get to grips with mod_rewrite voodoo :D

    Welcome UKJay. I am a scuba diver too. :D

    I got my open water last fall! I am going to get a few more dives under my belt before doing my AOW.

    We have some awesome diving around -- I am in the lower mainland BC area. I look forward to seeing your comments around here and I will definitely look up your forum. I have been hanging out at the U.S. scuba forum.

    Thanks. Rescue is my plan. I already did EFR.

    I just realized, our diving abbrs must have a few people scratching their heads. I'll swing by YD. Already book-marked it.

    BTW, you will find this place as helpful as diving forums.
