Guaranteed winner: $50 logo contest (and work directly with us for other design work)

addition to original rules:
i realize it takes a lot of time to enter a logo contest, so there will also be 3 runner-up prizes ($10 each), in addition to 1st prize ($50).
winning logo will have either (i) distinct very creative typography or (ii) convey futuristic look and feel.
contest ends very soon Mar 19th (11pm GMT, 7pm EST).

Need an amazing logo!


1. Our company provides consulting in medical industry, especially insights on what will be new medical advancements in future, such as new medical technologies, and new drugs coming up in future to treat diseases.
2. The logo will be used only on page with white background.
3. Either Text only; or Text with a small clipart (no images of people)
4. High quality and up market (need to consistent with very, very high-end quality of service)
5. Be easy to read, when printed in smaller size
6. Looking for clever ideas, especially on typography.


The company name is XIN%EXT (please ignore %, inserted to prevent search engine spiders; the company name is one word, without %).

To prevent search engine spiders, when posting image, don't use XIN%EXT.png as your file name. Also, don’t mention our company name in text of your reply.

Winner will be paid promptly, and will continue to work with us directly for related design work.

96 hours maximum for the contest, but may run longer if there is no amazing logo until then.
To be fair to everyone, all entries and questions to be posted below in replies. No PMs please.

 

i forgot to add that winning logo will be decided based on creativity.

as long as logo is most creative and distinct in terms of typography and/or clip art, it will win.

Thanks for the posts so far. I am including guidelines on what I am looking for-

1) Typography must be creative. for example, the logo below (posted in another contest here) has distinct typography. This is only an example, and typography does not need to resemble it. Any typography is good, as long as it is creative. The logo will be used on page with white background. If typography is creative enough, then logo may be text only, without any clip art.

2) Clip art: The clip art can convey any of the following

(i) creativity- for example, the logo below is creative. (the clip art does not need to be medical-related). any clip art would work, as long as it is creative.

(ii) futuristic feel- since company provides consulting on future medical technologies, any logo with futuristic feel would work. for example, the tech crunch logo below seems futuristic.

(iii) other options: it is not important that logo seems medical related.
