Unless you want to go for 1 tier PPC (where you would have to pay extra) it is going to be very hard to guarantee something. Most 2 tier networks offer low to medium quality traffi c that doesn't convert well with C P A offers. However there is one unique exception. It is called Qualibid. This network is relatively new on the market. The traffic they offer is really good but the point is that you would pay 5- 10 times lower for most key words. Advanced bidding tools will help you to fine-tune your ads and maximize the output.
